1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," or "your") and SWW190 ("SWW190," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the SWW190 online gaming platform, accessible at sww190.vu and through the official SWW190 mobile application.

By completing registration, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms in their entirety, including any supplementary rules, game-specific conditions, and promotional terms that may apply from time to time.

2. Eligibility & Registration

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on SWW190 are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Accepted deposit and withdrawal channels currently include GCash, Maya, and Philippine online banking or bank transfers. SWW190 does not accept deposits or withdrawals via credit cards or cryptocurrency.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts may apply and will be displayed at the time of transaction. SWW190 does not charge processing fees on standard transactions, though your payment provider may apply their own charges — please check directly with GCash, Maya, or your bank.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account that belongs to the registered account holder. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances. Withdrawal requests may be subject to identity verification before processing.

SWW190 aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment channel used and any verification requirements that apply to your account at the time of the request.

Funds deposited into your SWW190 account must be used for gaming on the platform. Depositing funds with the intent to withdraw without genuine gaming activity may be considered a breach of these Terms.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

General conditions that apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated include:

6. Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games and betting markets available on SWW190 — including slots, eBingo, fish games, live casino, and sports betting — are subject to their own game-specific rules in addition to these Terms. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game or market before participating.

For sports betting, all wagers are settled in accordance with the official results from the relevant governing body or league. In the event of a dispute regarding a result, SWW190's determination will be final. Markets covered include PBA, NBA, international football, volleyball, boxing, and esports, among others.

SWW190 reserves the right to void any wager or game round that is found to have been placed in error, as a result of a technical fault, or under circumstances that are inconsistent with normal gameplay. In such cases, the wagered amount will be returned to the player's account balance.

Bets placed and accepted are final and cannot be cancelled by the player once confirmed, except where SWW190 explicitly offers a cash-out or cancellation feature for a specific market.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the SWW190 platform. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in place of genuine manual gameplay.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit platform features.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds that originate from illegal activity.

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected.
• The player's identity or age cannot be satisfactorily verified.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity is detected on the account.
• A self-exclusion request has been submitted by the player.
• Continuation of the account would expose SWW190 or other users to legal or reputational risk.

Where an account is closed due to a player's breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where an account is closed at SWW190's discretion without a breach by the player, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player through their registered payment method.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting customer support. Any pending bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

10. Changes to These Terms
